These mechanisms address both upfront capital intensity and ongoing operational cost challenges through a structured mix of capital subsidies, generation-based incentives (GBIs) linked to eligible renewable energy output over defined periods and tax incentives, including benefits such as accelerated depreciation.


Performs Project Investment Capex Estimate...

This platform performs a comprehensive indicative CAPEX estimation for green energy generation plants, covering both supply and service components. It provides a structured cost breakdown across all critical elements, including key equipment, balance of plant, electrical systems, civil construction, installation works, project management, engineering, QA/QC, testing and commissioning, insurance, as well as contingency and spares. Users may either adopt the platform-generated CAPEX estimates or directly input customized CAPEX values for each system based on their own assessments.



Establishes Project Carbon FootPrint and Carbon Credit Savings...

Each solution module calculates the expected carbon-emission reductions by benchmarking against baseline emissions from conventional technologies or grid power. It further incorporates life-cycle emission intensity assessments for solar, wind, battery storage, water usage, other consumables and the construction phase. The platform also evaluates potential carbon-credit revenue streams across multiple carbon markets and seamlessly integrates these insights into finXXpert for comprehensive analysis. This enables organizations to achieve strategic decarbonization goals, strengthen ESG performance and demonstrate sustainability leadership


Works out tentative area / land requirement for the project...

The tentative land requirement is assessed by accounting for the space needed for major equipment, utilities, balance-of-plant systems, electrical infrastructure and other operational zones. Area estimates for solar installations are based on actual module dimensions; for wind turbines, on layout and spacing criteria; and for battery storage systems, on containerized battery blocks and inverter skid configurations. These are combined with additional space allocations for substations/switchyards, internal roads and supporting infrastructure to determine the total preliminary land requirement for the project.
